Montclair, NJThe Mills Building originally opened in 1952 to serve as a consolidated hub for local charities and nonprofits, designed with landscaped gardens donated by philanthropist David Mills. BDP Holdings has continued the mission to manage and operate the building as a community hub for local nonprofits, which include the YMCA, the Montclair Fund for Educational Excellence (MFEE), and Laptop Upcycle.
