David is the Founder and CEO of BDP Holdings, with more than 20 years of experience investing in over $4 billion of real estate across the United States. His background spans millions of square feet of commercial property and more than 30,000 residential units across multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use asset classes — including landmark projects like Uptown Newport in Newport Beach, CA and Lackawanna Station in Montclair, NJ. Before founding BDP, David led the east coast development and national commercial investment platforms at Shopoff Realty Investments, served as a Director at DRA Advisors, and began his career at Ernst & Young across offices in New York, Irvine, and Sydney. He lives in Montclair with his wife and three children, where he's active in local education and arts initiatives. He was once a flair bartender.
