Nate leads development at BDP Holdings, bringing more than 25 years of experience guiding complex redevelopment and ground-up projects from concept through execution. With a background in planning and landscape architecture, he specializes in navigating the technical, regulatory, and community-driven challenges that define BDP's most ambitious work — providing strategic leadership across entitlements, consultant coordination, and regulatory approvals. Nate has an undergraduate degree in Landscape Architecture and a graduate degree in Community and Regional Planning.  He currently lives in rural North Carolina with his wife, Cynthia, where he is an avid mountain biker and enjoys lake sports.
